How do I setup my AppleMail for uConnect?
Overview
uConnect is the on-premise Exchange solution for email hosted by IET. For more information about the service, visit the uConnect service catalog page.

Note: The steps listed below are for recent macOS operating system (10.11.x+). The steps for previous versions of Apple Mail may be somewhat different.
- With Apple Mail open, click Mail in the top application navigation bar and then click Accounts
- Click Exchange and proceed to Step 4.
- If you do not already have an account configured open Mail. Enter your information in the fields and click Continue.
- Enter your account information.
- Name: Enter your first and last name
- Email Address: Enter your full UC Davis email address
- Password: Kerberos Passphrase
- Click Sign In.
- The Auto Discover functionality may take anywhere from 30 seconds to as long as 15 minutes to complete
- Click Continue.
