Question

How can I check how much OneDrive storage I am using?

Answer

UC Davis Office 365 users get one terabyte (1024 GB) of storage in OneDrive. Here's how to check the amount you are currently using:

  1. Log in to Office365 at http://office365.ucdavis.edu.
  2. Click the App Launcher icon at the top left, then select OneDrive.
  3. On the OneDrive page click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right, then select OneDrive Settings.
  4. On the OneDrive settings page, select the More Settings tab then select Storage Metrics.
  5. Your OneDrive storage use will be shown above the list on the right of the screen.
