Banner Account Request
Obtaining a Banner Account
- Obtain a UCD Kerberos Login ID and password.
- Go to Computing Accounts and select the option Get your UC Davis Computing Account.
- Obtain a two-factor hard token or the Duo mobile app.
- Fill out a request for Banner access Banner Access Request.
- Take the following online training at the UC Learning Center:
- FERPA: Student Privacy, Confidentiality and Data Security
- Banner: Forms and Navigation
Acquiring Access to Additional Banner Forms
The core offices manage the forms associated with their department. Under each department below, you will find the contact information. You will need to email the contact person to get access to the department's forms. You must have a basic Banner account before requesting access to additional Banner forms.
