How do I setup AutoArchive in Outlook 2010 & 2013?

Answer

Launch outlook and follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the File tab on the top left corner.
  2. Select Options off to the bottom left hand side.
  3. Within the new window click on Advanced.
  4. Click "AutoArchiving settings.." under AutoArchive, off to the right hand side.
  5. Check the "AutoArchive every.." box.
  6. Configure your archive settings to your liking.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Restart outlook.
