To save a favorite in the ServiceNow platform, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the record, application, or filter that you want to favorite.

2. Look for the star icon either in the title bar of the window at the top of the page, or in the left-hand navigation panel.

 

3. Click the Star icon.

4. Find your favorites by clicking the Favorites tab. 

 

To organize your favorites, click the Edit your Favorites button in the Favorites menu.
