How do I resolve calendar sharing issues with uConnect and Office 365?
Answer
There are occasionally issues when a user shares their calendar with another user on Office 365 and uConnect on-premise through Outlook 2016, 2013, 2011, and 2010 where the calendars cannot be opened.
Microsoft's guidance for this issue is to either re-create the profile (this is best done by departmental admins) or by using the web client.
