The Service Hub, at servicehub.ucdavis.edu, unites IET's support tools in one place. The data in the Service Hub (Knowledge Base articles, Incidents, Service Catalog, Request Items) is held in ServiceNow.
The Service Hub is managed by the IET's Client Success team.
The Service Hub contains:
- Find Answers - the UC Davis Knowledge Base, which contains articles, how-to instructions, and troubleshooting guides for services at UC Davis.
- Get Services -
- Campus Service Catalog - lists information about services at UC Davis.
- Departmental Catalog - lists information about services for your department.
- Campus Licensed Software Catalog - contains UC Davis licensed software that is available for UC Davis staff, faculty and students to request. Much of the software in the catalog is administered by the Software Licensing Coordination team.
- My Stuff - your repository of your incidents, requests, approvals and more.
- Get Help - log a support ticket.
