How do I sync my folders between email clients (like Outlook) and the web interface?

Answer

Note: You will need to turn off Cached Exchange Mode. The steps outlined below are for Windows machines.

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Click Mail.
3. Click Profiles.
4. Click Properties.
5. Click E-mail Accounts.
6. Click Change.
7. Uncheck Use Cached Exchange Mode.

You'll have to restart Outlook and refresh the web client after a few minutes.
