Question
How do I update my email forwarding preferences?
NOTE: If you are using any electronic communications resources, such as an email address, for incidental personal use (e.g. for a login address to a non-UC Davis web page) and have left the University, it is strongly encouraged that you switch to using a personal non-UC Davis email address so you do not lose access to those sites or services when you leave UC Davis should email forwarding policies change.

Overview
The email forwarding service will forward your mailid@ucdavis.edu campus email to an alternate address. This forwarding service will only apply to new incoming messages sent to your mailid@ucdavis.edu address after you register.
UCDH related staff, faculty, and students please contact your departmental IT at 916-734-4357 for assistance.
If you are actively attending or working at UC Davis or an eligible alumni, you can route back to your UC Davis email using the steps below and picking the suggested ucdavis.edu option. You will be presented with an option to pick based on your service.
If you are retired, alumni, or no longer affiliated with UC Davis, you can cancel your email forwarding by cancelling your account permanently. Please contact IT Express to obtain the form to begin this process by calling 530-754-4357 or emailing ithelp@ucdavis.edu.
This does not extend to students in programs associated with the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Public Health, and other specialized programs that are not a part of Davismail.
