NOTE: You will be prompted to sign in to the Zoom Workplace application every 15 days.
How to Sign in to the Zoom Workplace Computer Application
If you don't yet have the Zoom application, see How to install the Zoom app.
- On your PC or Mac, launch the Zoom Workplace application.
- Do not enter your email and password on the initial screen. Instead, click the SSO button.
- Enter "ucdavis" (without quotes) into the Company Domain field then click Continue.
If this screen appears instead, enter your UC Davis email address then click Continue. - Your browser will launch and go to the Microsoft Online login page. Enter your UC Davis email address on this screen and click Next.
Note: If you have authenticated recently, these steps may occur automatically. - Enter your UC Davis account credentials (Kerberos ID and passphrase) on the UC Davis Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) sign-in page then click Sign In.
- When prompted, perform a Duo authentication.
- IMPORTANT: If this is the first time you are logging in to UC Davis Zoom, you will be prompted to confirm your email address. Click the Confirm your email address button and Zoom will send you an email with a unique link you must click on to finish provisioning your account. Once that is done, try logging in to Zoom again. You will not be able to access UC Davis Zoom until you confirm your email address.
- Once signed in, this page will appear and the Zoom Workplace program should open. If not, click the Launch Zoom button.
- If you want to test that Zoom is working properly, go to https://zoom.us/test.
How to Sign in to the Zoom Workplace Mobile App

- Launch the Zoom app on your mobile device.
- Click Sign In.
- Do not enter your email and password on this screen. Instead, click Continue with SSO.

How to Sign into Zoom from the Web
Note: The Zoom web portal is a great way to check your Zoom settings, review scheduled meetings and past meeting information, and access recordings. It can also be used to join meetings without installing the Zoom application, but keep in mind that the Zoom web client has limited features and functionality. - Go to https://ucdavis.zoom.us and click Sign in.
- Your will be taken to the a Microsoft Online login page. Enter your UC Davis email address on this screen and click Next.
