How do I access Provisions Connect?

Overview

Provisions Connect is a web application that can be accessed through a remote desktop. 

Answer

 Accessing Provisions Connect:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://cfo-rdweb.ou.ad3.ucdavis.edu/RDWeb/
   
   
2. Authenticate with Kerberos credentials. Example below:
   • Username: ad3\yourloginID
   • Password: Kerberos Passphrase
     
     
3. Click on ProvisionsConnect icon
   
   
   
4. You will then be prompted to open/download a remote desktop file (depending on your browser). Accept the prompt and double-click on the icon after the download is completed.
   
   
5. Enter your Kerberos credentials at any authentication prompts. Example below:
   • Username: ad3\yourloginID
   • Password: Kerberos Passphrase
     
     
6. You will be presented with a remote desktop in which a Firefox web browser launches and presents you will a webpage from which to launch the Open Provision application.
