How do I add a browser popup security exception for TRIRIGA?

Answer

 

Chrome:

  1. At the top right, the 3 dot menu, then select Settings.
  2. Under Privacy and security, scroll down to the Content section.
  3. Click on Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. In the Section "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", click the Add button.
  5. Add aggiefacilities.tririga.com then click Add.
  6. Close the Settings tab.

Firefox:

  1. Click the Open menu button (3 horizontal line icon at top right of Firefox)) and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security tab.
  3. To the right of Block pop-up windows, click on Exceptions.
  4. Add aggiefacilities.tririga.com and click Allow.
  5. Click Save Changes and then close the Options tab.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the Tools menu (cog icon at top right of IE).
  2. Select Internet options.
  3. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, click Settings.
  4. Add aggiefacilities.tririga.com to the Exceptions list.
  5. Click Close, then OK

Safari:

  1. In the Safari menu, go to Preferences.
  2. Go to the Security tab.
  3. Uncheck Block Pop-Up Windows

NOTE: Safari users will want to re-enable the pop up blocker when not using TRIRIGA or consider using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. 

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open the Settings and more (... icon at the top right of Edge) and then select Settings.
  2. Click on the Privacy & Security tab and make sure Block pop-ups is set to Off.

NOTE: Edge users will want to re-enable the pop up blocker when not using TRIRIGA or consider using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
