How do I add a browser popup security exception for TRIRIGA?
Answer
Chrome:
- At the top right, the 3 dot menu, then select Settings.
- Under Privacy and security, scroll down to the Content section.
- Click on Pop-ups and redirects.
- In the Section "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", click the Add button.
- Add aggiefacilities.tririga.com then click Add.
- Close the Settings tab.

Firefox:
- Click the Open menu button (3 horizontal line icon at top right of Firefox)) and choose Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security tab.
- To the right of Block pop-up windows, click on Exceptions.
- Add aggiefacilities.tririga.com and click Allow.
- Click Save Changes and then close the Options tab.
Internet Explorer:
- Open the Tools menu (cog icon at top right of IE).
- Select Internet options.
- On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, click Settings.
- Add aggiefacilities.tririga.com to the Exceptions list.
- Click Close, then OK.

Safari:
- In the Safari menu, go to Preferences.
- Go to the Security tab.
- Uncheck Block Pop-Up Windows.
NOTE: Safari users will want to re-enable the pop up blocker when not using TRIRIGA or consider using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open the Settings and more (... icon at the top right of Edge) and then select Settings.
- Click on the Privacy & Security tab and make sure Block pop-ups is set to Off.
NOTE: Edge users will want to re-enable the pop up blocker when not using TRIRIGA or consider using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
