Updated content in blocks doesn't show in page

Question

I updated the content information in one of my blocks, so why isn’t that new information showing up in my pages inside of Cascade? I even tried publishing it out and it isn’t showing up there either.

Overview

At the present moment, the actual cause of this disconnect is unknown; however, a workaround solution is available.

Answer

  1. Navigate to the page where the block with the updated content is attached.
  2. Locate the block’s attachment location.
  3. Clear the block using the red circular button with the white line through it and then re-attach it. The new content should now appear.
