Getting Started

Access to ServiceNow requires that an employee complete a self directed video training and testing through SmartSite. To request access, please email ithelp@ucdavis.edu.


Upon completion of the training, attendees will be granted access to the ServiceNow production environment, typically the same day that the training is completed. If you have questions about training for you or your team, please send an email to itsm@ucdavis.edu
