Transfer a Call

1. Accept the Incoming Call.
2. Click the Transfer icon:
   
3. The caller will automatically be placed on Hold.
4. Enter a Name or Phone Number to transfer the caller to.
   
5. Click the Transfer icon to transfer the caller.
   
6. Select the desired Transfer option:
