Manage Zoom Phone Call Handling Settings

  1. Navigate to zoom web portal via the link - https://ucdavis.zoom.us/profile
  1. In the left menu, click on Phone.
  2. Ensure that you are on the Settings tab.

3. Scroll down to the Call Handling section.

Specify Call Handling Ring Mode

 

  1. Navigate to zoom web portal via the link - https://ucdavis.zoom.us/profile
  2. On the left panel of the zoom web portal, click Phone.
  3. Click Settings and scroll down to the "Call Handling" section.
  4. Click Edit hyperlink next to Business Hours field.

  1. Once Call Handling pop up is displayed, confirm the toggle is turned on for all platform and devices that the user wants to ring when receiving the call.

  1. Zoom phone won’t ring for the device or platform that is turned off on this pop up.
