How do I upload a profile picture in ServiceNow?

Overview

The profile sphere shows the user's initials by default. You are able to upload a personal profile picture for use on the ServiceHub and ServiceNow ITIL pages.

Answer

To update your profile picture:

1. Go to the Service Hub. (This cannot be changed from the ITIL view)

2. Click on your profile sphere on the top right corner

3. Click Profile.

4. Click on the Upload Picture icon to chance your profile picture.


Note: Location and Bio information will only be visible on this screen.
