Transfer a Call
- Accept the Incoming Call.
- Click the Transfer icon
- The caller will automatically be placed on Hold.
- Enter a Name or Phone Number to transfer the caller to.
- Click the Transfer icon to transfer the caller.
- Select one of the following Transfer options:
- Warm Transfer: Speak to the new user before transferring the call.
- Blind Transfer: Transfer the call without speaking to the new user.
- Transfer to Voicemail: Transfer the call directly to the new user’s voicemail.
