Transfer a Call

  1. Accept the Incoming Call.
  2. Click the Transfer icon

 




  1. The caller will automatically be placed on Hold.
  2. Enter a Name or Phone Number to transfer the caller to.

 




  1. Click the Transfer icon to transfer the caller.

 




  1. Select one of the following Transfer options:
