How do I install the BigFix agent on my Mac?

Answer

To install the BigFix agent on your Mac:

1. Browse to https://getbigfix.ucdavis.edu, authenticating with your UCD Login ID and password.
2. Click on the button labeled Mac Install to download the Mac installer package.
   
   
   
3. Click on the Downloads icon in the dock and then the extracted folder.
   
   
   
4. Double-click on the application package.
   
   
   
5. Click Continue to begin the installation.
   
   
   
6. Click Install to continue the installation.
   
   
   
7. Type in your password to continue the installation.
   
   
   
8. Click Close to finish the installation.
   

NOTE: For macOS 11+ computers, please use the following link to download the agent PKG for macOS 11 and replace the PKG in the getbigfix.ucdavis.edu download before installation:
