Question

How do I request, edit, and download captions in AggieVideo?

Overview

  1. Request Captions
  2. Edit Captions
  3. Download Captions
  4. Upload Captions
  5. Managing Captions

Machine captions are automatically generated when a video is uploaded, and are usually available 30-60 minutes after the video has finished processing.

If you plan on editing your video, do so before requesting professional captions. Editing the video while professional captions are being created can cause time sync issues with the caption file.
